A central platform for Spire athletes where you can access the upcoming schedule, receive personalized workouts, and log your efforts. Track your progress and view your results all in one place.

Schedule

The season begins in mid-August and runs through mid-November. Practice is held in the Annandale area on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Saturday morning locations vary.

Meets are usually a distance of 5k (3.1 miles) for high schoolers. Races vary for middle schoolers. Meets are typically on Saturdays, although some fall mid-week, in the afternoon.

These daily workouts are updated weekly. They give specific details of what is expected each day as you train for the track season.

Results

Athlete results can be accessed at Milestat.com or Athletic.net. These results can be used as a tool to track progress as well as a record for those athletes wanting to compete at the collegiate level.
